Kevin is co-founder and Vice President at Summit Technology and has 18 years of experience in Information Systems with more than 16 years working on the PeopleSoft Human Resources and Financials Systems. He has experience in a variety of project roles. Kevin has been involved with hands-on development, performance tuning, upgrading, and project management. Prior to co-founding Summit Technology, Kevin was a principal consultant at CSC, where he co-managed the PeopleSoft Upgrade Lab and performed numerous upgrades and implementations. Mr. Chowning has experience in the conversion, implementation and upgrade of HR and Financial systems. He has strong skills with all of the PeopleSoft technical tools including PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and SQR/SQL. Kevin’s extensive Project management and technical skills, combined with his years of functional industry experience, enable him to effectively implement tailored solutions for a variety of businesses. Mr. Chowning holds a BS degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of North Alabama (UNA).
