Glenn graduated from Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Management Information Systems. He also has an Associate’s Degree in Management. Glenn has more than 30 years of experience with human resource systems, including more than 17 years with PeopleSoft. His strong technical skills and expertise in PeopleSoft Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll implementations have led to positions in project and staff management. He has extensive systems development and support programming experience that enables him to play key roles in implementation projects. Prior to working at Summit, Glenn managed the PeopleSoft Upgrade Lab for CSC. He was involved in each project from the initial scope assessment and project plan development to the project staffing and day-to-day management. His technical experience with PeopleSoft has also enabled him to perform the technical roles required during upgrade projects. In 2001, Glenn noticed a drive to provide top-notch service, coupled with unsurpassed client commitment, and co-founded Summit Technology.
